Yes! Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue. Transportation will pick up guests from the Hyatt House Fishkill/Poughkeepsie and drop back off at the lobby after the wedding.

Yes! There is plenty of free parking available at the venue.

Yes! Feel free to leave your car at the venue overnight if needed. You can pick it up the following day without any additional charges or restrictions.

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! The dress code is Semi-Formal/Cocktail attire.

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a "date night!"

Yes! An RSVP is absolutely REQUIRED for everyone. It is essential in planning for the ceremony seating and reception meals. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which will be provided on the invitation, it will be marked as a "No."

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP any time after the formal invitation is received. We will include a paper RSVP with the invitation if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!

We'd really appreciate your RSVP as soon as you know whether you and your party can attend! At the latest, please RSVP by the date indicated on your invitation.

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Rachel or Sam as soon as you are aware!

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accomodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue exact numbers by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible.

We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We want everyone to be present and focus on our nuptuals, We will make sure to share all videos and pictures from the professionals we hired with you all.
